Jesse was diligently preparing sushi for dinner and managed to slice open his finger. So, he was done with the kitchen prep. As we mended Jesse's finger with the ever trusty superglue (and debated whether a not a trip to Urgent Care or the ER was necessary) Dad quickly stepped in and took orders, I mean direction, from Jesse.
